		<description>Hi ,i started with road trainning from the 35km mark twice.Then a 50km twice and then i go behind the mountian for a 100km twice .A week before the racing season start i give my birds a 30km on the Monday and a 30km on the Wednesday depending in what direction the wind is blowing.I usally let them out of the basket againts the wind.I race my yearlings to the longest race ,which is 1100km .Last year i send 5 yearlings to the race (1100km) and flown 2,4,6,9 .</description>

		<description>Hi there, well for me i first start out my yb&#039;s at 30 miles and keep repeating the same steps until they accually approve and then i take them to a 60 miles toss and once they approved it again then i just keep going up by 30+ miles. Well what you think is that a good training or not?</description>
